Now you can buy an anime version where Hatsune Miku (some kind of schoolgirl sexbot) sings the words you've typed in. People have been making singing robot software for ages, but it's always just been a novelty. However, Vocaloid 2 / Hatsune Miku has been a huge hit in Japan (as I write, it's the best selling software on Amazon Japan). There are now tons of Vocaloid clips on Nico Nico Douga, the Japanese YouTube. The sample above is (as I'm sure you're now enjoying) a bonkers high-energy track with vocals from Hatsune Miku.(The original Finnish folk version is Leekspin by Loituma).

Me encuenrtro dentro de una viejucha casita en la planta alta de otra casita en el centro de Monterrey, a unas cinco cuadras de la avenida Pino Suarez. La aclaración es pertinente, pues si la casa estuviera del lado de la avenida Juarez, el bullicio sería una marea en tromba. Pero yo estoy justo donde comienza el lado sereno, a unas cuantas cuadras de la calle Villagrán, donde multitud de cantinas y "teibols" se encuenran en las noches con multitud de miembros erectos de razas y tamaños diferentes. El centro no es ningún viaje en calandria. Del otro lado el olor a mescolanza es incluso más fuerte. He visto caminar a ancianos con harapos que muestran sus partes más nobles por no ser de su talla. Ciudadanos que han dejado al lado el sentido / el miedo a la vergüenza, supongo. No hay turistas japoneses en los alrededores. (basado en un texto de Amber Aravena)
